Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging offline or online sessions for JEE / NEET aspirants.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and regular assessments for students.
- Ensure conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability in students.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized mentoring.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve teaching methods.
Qualification:
- M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Ed in the relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in JEE / NEET coaching.
Skills Required:
- Excellent command over subject concepts.
- Strong presentation & communication skills.
- Ability to engage students effectively.
- Positive attitude and team collaboration.
