Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Chemistry Faculty for a National Brand to teach JEE Mains and NEET aspirants.
The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and prior experience coaching students for competitive exams.
You’ll deliver engaging, concept-driven sessions to ensure students achieve top performance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct online & offline classes for JEE Mains / NEET batches.
Design lesson plans, assignments, and periodic tests for conceptual clarity and problem-solving.
Prepare and evaluate quizzes and assessments.
Motivate and mentor students for academic excellence.
Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum and course improvements.
Maintain high teaching standards and discipline in classroom sessions.
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Ed in Chemistry or related field.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years in coaching JEE Mains / NEET aspirants.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong command over Chemistry concepts.
Ability to make learning interactive and engaging.
Energetic, positive, and student-focused mindset.
