Job Title: Project Executive – IIT JEE/NEET Program
Location: Delhi , Gujrat , Mahrashtra , Rajsthan
Central Government School (SIP Project)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (with accommodation & food, if applicable)
About the Program:
This initiative aims to strengthen the academic foundation of students in Central Government Schools by providing structured preparation for IIT JEE & NEET. The Project Executive will play a key role in managing, coordinating, and executing the program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the smooth implementation of the IIT JEE/NEET preparation program in the assigned school(s).
Act as a liaison between the institution, teaching faculty, and project management team.
Organize classes, schedules, and examinations for students.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and data management related to the project.
Assist in onboarding, supporting, and monitoring faculty performance.
Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and academic reviews.
Handle student queries, maintain discipline, and encourage participation.
Track student progress and prepare periodic performance reports.
Support in planning special doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and parent meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Science/Management/Education preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of IIT JEE/NEET syllabus and examination patterns.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Prior experience in academic project management / education sector will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication and leadership skills may also apply.
