Post: Faculty / Senior Faculty Subject Openings (Total 10):

Mathematics
Chemistry
Physics
Biology Teaching Level: Foundation (Class 8-10) and Target Batches (JEE/NEET – Class 11-12) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Excellence: Conduct high-quality teaching sessions for students preparing for JEE, NEET, KVPY, and other competitive exams.
Content Development: Contribute to the creation of superior study materials, assignments, and periodic test papers.
Student Mentorship: Organize doubt clearing sessions and provide continuous guidance and mentorship to monitor student progress.
Academic Planning: Utilize effective teaching methodologies to ensure timely syllabus completion and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team to achieve the institute’s overall educational goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D.) or B.Tech. in the relevant subject is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in teaching JEE/NEET or Foundation level at a reputed coaching institute or school.
Skill Set: Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month
