- Design high-level assignments, modules & test papers
- Conduct problem-solving, doubt sessions & rank improvement classes
- Mentor high-performing students to target top IIT ranks
- Work with academic team to meet institute performance goals
Qualification & Skills
- M.Sc / Ph.D. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemistry or related field)
- 10+ years experience in JEE Advanced teaching
- Excellent concept clarity & problem-solving ability
- Strong communication & classroom management skills
- Proven record of producing top ranks preferred
