Science Faculty – Foundation Level (8th–10th) – Nanded, Maharashtra

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Faculty (Entire) to teach Foundation Level students (8th–10th, CBSE & State Board).
The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in teaching foundation-level students.
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and concept-driven sessions, ensuring students build a strong base for higher-level competitive exams like IIT JEE, NEET, NDA, and Olympiads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver offline and online classroom sessions for Foundation batches.

• Design lesson plans, assignments, and periodic tests focused on conceptual clarity.

• Prepare and evaluate quizzes and learning assessments.

• Motivate and mentor students for academic and personal growth.

• Collaborate with academic and content teams for course improvement.

• Maintain discipline and ensure high teaching standards in class.

Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Ed or related field.

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching Foundation-level students.

• Experience in CBSE/State Board coaching preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Strong command over Science concepts.

• Ability to connect with students and make learning interactive.

• Energetic, positive, and student-oriented mindset.
