We are urgently hiring an experienced Physics Faculty in Aurangabad to teach JEE & NEET aspirants. Salary offered up to ₹16 LPA. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience required. Selection process includes online written test, interview, and student demo.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics for JEE & NEET with clear concepts and problem-solving approach.

• Deliver engaging, concept-based lectures for school/Foundation students.

• Resolve doubts and provide academic support whenever required.

• Maintain a motivating and disciplined classroom environment.

• Collaborate with faculty to plan course schedules and teaching strategies.

• Stay updated with latest exam patterns, question trends, and curriculum updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching.

• Strong Physics knowledge with clear conceptual understanding.

• Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex concepts for students.

• Energetic, passionate, and student-oriented.

• Must be ready for offline teaching process in Aurangabad.
